Stage 01
Adaptive skills assessment
A rigorous, proctored test covering algorithmic thinking, system design, and language-specific depth. Scored by AI, verified by anti-cheat measures.
Stage 02
Human review of real work
Our own senior engineers review the candidate's code portfolio and the assessment results. We look for clean architecture, maintainability, and pragmatic decisions.
Stage 03
Live technical interview
A 45-minute live pair programming and architecture session. We test how they communicate, how they handle edge cases, and how they think under pressure.
We put it on the record.
The live interview isn't just a pass/fail box we tick. We record it, and it becomes part of the dossier you see before you ever book a call. You can verify their communication and technical depth yourself, at 2× speed.
