01 · What we collect

From companies: your name, work email, company details and the roles you brief us on. From engineers: the profile you build in the app, including your CV, linked accounts (such as GitHub), skills, availability, rate, assessment results and recorded technical interviews. We also collect basic usage and device data to operate the service.

02 · How we use it

To vet engineers, match them to roles, build candidate dossiers, and operate and improve the marketplace. Skills assessments are scored by automated systems and reviewed by our engineers; we use the results only to evaluate and match talent, never to make a hiring decision on a company's behalf.

03 · Dossiers and recordings

An engineer's dossier, scores, assessor notes and the recorded interview, is shared with prospective employer companies for the purpose of hiring. Profiles are kept anonymized until a candidate is revealed for a specific role. Engineers can request a copy of, or the deletion of, their interview recordings.

04 · Sharing

We share data with prospective employer companies (as part of matching), and with service providers who help us run the platform under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

05 · Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

06 · Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll help.
